John Minch and Associates, Inc. (JMA) is a Southern California based consulting firm committed to providing a wide variety of professional services related to natural resources and the environment.
Our professional consulting services include environmental planning, management, and assessments in the areas of biology, paleontology, archaeology, geology, coastal hazards, and hydrogeology. Since 1974, JMA has conducted and written hundreds of resource studies, Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs), as well as monitoring survey reports in biological, paleontological, archaeological, geological, historical resource assessment, management and preservation. JMA, Inc. has served developers of commercial, industrial and construction concerns (large and small), various California city and county agencies, as well as Mexican governmental agencies. JMA belongs to a number of professional organizations and retains an expert, knowledgeable staff capable of fulfilling your natural resource and environmental needs. Our services are typically initiated during early project planning and continue through development and operation. Specific services include environmental screening of potential development or facility sites and designs, identification of key environmental issues, jurisdictional responsibilities, permit and documentation needs, and assistance in developing environmental compliance strategies and environmentally preferred project sites and designs. |
